We are creating a rewarding business while impacting teen AND tween girls lives.
We are looking for women who have/are.....
Growth Oriented
We believe that your thoughts, choices, and actions direct your future. You can chose to learn and grow each day to create the life and future you want. Learning and growing is an everyday practice.
Confident
Confidence is the willingness to listen to yourself, to believe in your instincts, and to trust your inner wisdom. It’s the skill of believing in and listening to yourself.
Vulnerable
Vulnerability is the feeling we get during times of uncertainty, risk, or emotional exposure. This includes times when we’re showing our feelings and we’re not sure what people will think and times when we really care about something and people will know that we’re sad or disappointed when it doesn’t work out.
When you join MindStrength for Girls & Tweens University,
you're signing up to change the world.
We're on a mission to teach and demonstrate to these girls practical skills and true perspectives about themselves to become more confident in their life.
Many women find it hard to develop themselves professionally because their “real lives” get in the way. When humans stop learning, they stall their chances of peak success in life and in work.
Our MindStrength for Girls & Tweens University teaches the basic business skills every mentor needs to generate more revenue for their business. When you apply what you learn in the university, your worth in the marketplace skyrockets because parents are looking for women like you.
MindStrength for Girls and Tweens not only is for girls but it also exists for us mentors to develop ourselves, which in turn helps us prosper in our personal and professional lives.
We’re looking to grow our team with women who believe in that mission and want to be a part of it.

Are you ready to level up your belief in yourself while you learn the tools and skills of the MindStrength for Girls and Tweens program?

Benefits to becoming a mentor
Seeing the world through their eyes
These girls want someone that is a caring adult in their life who they can relate with. If you are already a parent you know important it is that you see the world through their lense.
Learning right along with them
Not only will these girls learn what is provided to them in their workbook from you delivering it but you as a mentor will hold yourself accountable in doing the work. You will be studying the content and learning right along with them.
Showing them what their mind and body are capable of
I'm sure you've questioned what your mind and body are capable of. But these girls need that extra push to help them understand they are capable and can push themselves a little harder because you've done it yourself.
Building a community of like-minded girls
There is power in numbers and in community. Providing these girls a safe and trusted space to come learn and recognize that they aren't alone in their thoughts, challenges and beliefs is a powerful realization for them. You will build and foster this community to be that rescue for them.
Making a little cash
Not only are you empowering these girls to think differently and to have conversations but you will also benefit from earning a little cash while creating a rewarding business.
Testimonials
Listen to the experience Anna shares about running her first class.
Anna was our first mentor to join.

Here is another mentor, Carlee. Watch how she found out about the program and how she ended up wanting to teach her own classes.

Not only are mentors teaching and guiding but they themselves are learning too.
"I'm a mentor in the Murray/SLC, Utah area. This experience has challenged me in different ways and I have enjoyed every single moment of it. Each topic in the workbook is thought-provoking and opens up for great discussions. The girls are learning what their bodies and mind are capable of. They're learning that healthy habits are important for their well-being. I, myself am learning a lot. I'm trying every day to practice what I preach without being too hard on myself. Being a mentor motivates me to be a better human being. I am grateful to have the opportunity to see things differently and be more understanding. Seeing the girls stand a little taller, speak up a little louder, and opening up more and more class after class is amazing. It's been very rewarding. I'm glad I am a part of the program."
