Elizabeth Hampl

Trinidad, Colorado

Elizabeth has a Bachelors of Science in Community Health Education. During her college career, she was a collegiate Track & Field thrower at a Division I University where she broke school records, conference record, and qualified for the Western Region of the NCAA Track and Field National Championships 3 years in a row. She is currently still training as an athlete in women's hammer throw with aspirations of competing at the US National and World level.
Elizabeth currently lives, works, and trains in Northern New Mexico with her two boys where she is a county coordinator for a state program. She also owns a small business called the Elite Athlete Academy where she provides programs, classes, workshops, and 1-on-1 coaching to younger athletes. She loves working with the younger generation and finds fulfillment in providing tools that helps them be successful on and off the court/field.
